About Us

In the late 80's, President & Owner Tom Marotta attended West Chester University, where after 4 years he received his BA in Speech Communications and minor in Business Administration.  While at West Chester University, Tom worked as a foreman and crew chief for a few different construction companies in the Chester County area.  After graduation, Tom realized that customer service and the personal touch was absent in the construction industry when it came to dealing with clients.  Tom started All-American Construction & Restoration in the late 90's based on the principles of honesty, quality, and most importantly, customer service.  The company is dedicated to working with the clients to hear their wants and needs when it comes to a project, then designing a plan which will incorporate their vision and budget to complete the perfect project.
